1. Shipping Coverage
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.
2. Dispatch Time
- In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days from our Bengaluru warehouse.
- Limited stock or lead-time items: Dispatched as per the timeline shown on the product page (typically 7–14 working days).
- Quote-only items: Dispatch timeline confirmed after order confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. We offer insured delivery on all orders.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / SMS / email.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incomplete phone number, or repeated non-availability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer box is damaged or items are missing, refuse the delivery or note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
